Kristinell Keil, MD, FACOG
Kristi Keil received her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at Rush Presbyterian Saint Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois and then completed a two-year fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. For 10 years Dr. Keil was the director of Mountain States Gynecology and Continence Center and head of the Division of Urogynecology at Exempla Saint Joseph Hospital. Dr. Keil is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG).
Dr. Keil is board certified in both Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (FPM-RS) and Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN). Dr. Keil is also a Center of Excellence for Minimally Invasive Gynecology (COEMIG) certified surgeon in conjunction with Rose Medical Center which is a COEMIG site.
Dr. Keil has been nationally recognized for her teaching ability. Her clinical interest is in minimally invasive prolapse and continence surgery. She has been involved in multiple national research trials, and has been an invited speaker at numerous national and international medical conferences.
Dr. Keil is married and has three children. She is an avid snow skier in the winter. In the summer months, she enjoys tennis and hiking in the Colorado mountains.
Sue Babcock, ANP, WHNP
Sue Babcock is an experienced, skilled Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with an in-depth background in family planning, obstetrics, gynecology, and urogynecology. She is dedicated to the promotion of better health for women across the lifespan and respects a women’s choice in all aspects of her health. She enjoys taking on challenges, developing a plan of care for each patient, and helping them to implement changes for a healthier life.
Sue completed her nursing degree at Loretto Heights College in Denver, CO and went on to complete her master’s degree and Nurse Practitioner Certification at Oregon Health Science Center in Portland. Her career has taken her to many varied advanced practice positions in large health care systems as well as small private settings. She has even worked as a nurse educator in the Pacific Islands and the Middle East. As a fluent Spanish speaker, she enjoys practice opportunities which allow for Spanish conversation with
patients and families.
Sue returned to Denver in 2013 to be closer to her parents and siblings. She enjoys time in the mountains, relaxing, and hiking. She and her partner enjoy live music, the theatre, and the arts. They also love to cook together, garden and have just taken up TaiChi.
Beth McConnell, CNP
Beth McConnell has recently joined Dr. Kristi Keil’s practice. She has an extensive background as a woman’s health care nurse practitioner. Beth appreciates the uniqueness of each individual woman and places an emphasis on health care prevention. Her goal is to support a woman’s “optimal health” that is inclusive of the whole person.
Beth is the mother of three daughters and the grandmother of five granddaughters and two grandsons. She enjoys time with her grandchildren, traveling, gardening, hiking, and spending time in the mountains.
